This Ukrainian sugar study revealed that, at every fertilizer level, Vitazyme increased the sugar production, first by increasing the beet yield, and then the sugar percentage at each level. Besides, the added income for each fertilizer level was substantial. These results prove that Vitazyme is a highly viable sugar beet amendment for Ukrainian agriculture.
