Vitazyme on Grapes – 2012, Melipilla, Metropolitan Region, Chile

In a table grape trial near Santiago, Chile, Vitazyme applied at 2 liters/ha on 46 and 31 days before the first picking on March 6, 2012, resulted in faster maturation of the grapes than for Ethrel (22.75% fewer bunches left) and the control (30.97% fewer bunches left). Similar results occured for the March 14 second picking; 24.45% fewer bunches remaining than for Ethrel, and 34.53% fewer bunches than for the control. These results show how Vitazyme can hasten grape maturity, and enable the growers to market their grapes earlier, thereby fetching a better price.
