This replicated corn study of a genetically modified variety in eastern Iowa revealed that Vitazyme A and New Era Root Stimulator increased grain yield by 4%. The two together increased yield by 3%. Vitazyme A alone, plus 50% of the optimum nitrogen (60 lb/acre), provided a yield equal to the control. However, it should be understood that none of these yield differences were significant at P=0.05.
