This split-vineyard trial in New York revealed that Vitazyme greatly improved berries per cluster (39%) and weight per cluster (38%). Weight per berry was changed little, and brix level was reduced slightly with Vitazyme. These results show that this product can improve grape yield substantially while maintaining quality of the fruit.
